Lee Oesterle, MSW, LCSW

Lee Oesterle, MSW, LCSW

Masters Level Social Work and Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Lee has been working in the Child Welfare system since 1978. Before receiving his Masters in Social Work at the University of Denver in 1980, Lee worked in group homes with adolescent boys. From 1980 to 1988, Lee was a Team Leader and then the Clinical Director of Chins Up Youth Care Homes. In 1988 Lee began his private practice and continues that practice on a part-time basis. In 1992, Jan and Larry Faubion asked Lee to be the Executive Director of the child placement agency they were starting – Kids Crossing.

Lee was the Executive Director from 1992 to 2013. In May of 2013, Lee was seriously injured in a bicycle accident in the mountains. After months of rehabilitation at Craig Hospital, Lee returned to work as the Clinical Director of Kids Crossing. This role proved more conducive to his continued healing and recovery. In 2015, Lee was again asked to be the Executive Director.

Home Coordinator, Denver Office

Abby is a home coordinator with the Denver office. In 2015, she graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor’s of Social Work degree and a minor in Child Advocacy. During her time at NMSU, she worked in school social work and as a coordinator at a crisis hotline for youth. She then moved to Colorado to pursue graduate school and graduated from University of Denver in the summer of 2016 with her Master’s of Social Work degree. In her free time, Abbey enjoys playing the drums and spending time with her family and two dogs.
Jodi McClure

Jodi McClure

Program Director

Jodi is the Program Director with the Denver office. She graduated in the winter of 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice emphasizing in Human Services. In 2011, she began working in the mental health field starting as a direct care provider in residential care and then worked her way into community based services. In her free time, Jodi and her family enjoy being adventurous: snowboarding, hiking, amusement parks, water sports, and especially being around animals.
Neosha Allen-Singleton

Neosha Allen-Singleton

Home Coordinator, Denver Office

Neosha is a Home Coordinator with the Denver office. Neosha was inspired to switch her degree to psychology after beginning work as a respite provider, with children with autism and downs syndrome while living in Colorado Springs. Neosha is the newest member to the Denver office; before joining Kids Crossing she worked as an Autism Para-educator for a local elementary school. In her free time, Neosha enjoys spending time with family, especially her little girl.

Sarah Bailey

Recruitment & Retention Specialist, Colorado Springs, Denver

Sarah graduated from the University of Tampa with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in marine science. Before entering the social work field she trained dolphins for the US Navy Marine Mammal Program in San Diego. In 2011, she moved to Colorado with her husband to be near her family. She started with Kids Crossing in 2011 as a home coordinator. In her free time she spends time with her family and is having fun raising her little girls.
